Scarlet & Violet - Temporal Forces
Dive into Area Zero and explore the mysteries of the new Paradox Pokémon in the latest Pokémon Trading Card Game set, Scarlet and Violet: Temporal Forces. In this set, you will find the brand new Paradox trios. Representing Ancient Pokémon, Raging Bolt ex brings back the old mechanic of doing damage for every Basic Energy discarded from your Pokémon with its attack Climactic Descent. Use the likes of Sandy Shocks ex and Professor Sada’s Vitality to accelerate energy into your board, and you got a winning combo. Gouging Fire ex and Walking Wake ex bring much needed support to Fire types and Water types respectively. Gouging Fire ex can be paired up with Entei V and Magma Basin to make a fun deck while Walking Wake can be a useful tool for the Chien Pao/Baxcalibur deck. Representing the Future Pokémon, Iron Crown ex boosts the damage of all your Future Pokémon’s attacks with its Ability: Cobalt Command. This can boost the output of Iron Leaves ex, making it a force to be reckoned with. If you add the brand new Miraidon from the set, you can quickly accelerate energy and Future Booster Energy Capsule to cycle your Iron Leaves ex, you got a solid strategy with this Future Box deck!
Another very awaited game mechanic is making a comeback with ACE SPEC cards! You can only include one of these powerful cards in your deck so you need to choose wisely. Prime Catcher is probably the most versatile, allowing you to switch one of your opponent’s benched Pokémon to the active spot and then switch one of your benched Pokémon too, that´s Guzma’s effect in item form. Hero’s Cape is a Tool card that can bulk up your Pokémon, giving the Pokémon it is attached to 100 more HP. Maximum Belt is a Tool Card that makes the attacks of the Pokémon this card is attached to do 50 more damage to opponent’s Pokémon ex. This helps the likes of Charizard ex to do enough damage to KO Pokémon like Roaring Moon with no prize cards taken by your opponent!
On top of ACE SPEC cards, Temporal Forces includes many new useful Item, Supporter and Tool cards. Buddy-Buddy Puffin allows you to search your deck for 2 basic Pokémon with 70HP or less. This makes decks like Lost Box, Chein Pao ex and Charizard ex way more consistent. Rescue Board is a Tool Card that lowers your retreat cost by 1 Colorless Energy but if your Pokémon has 30HP or less remaining it has no retreat cost! Control decks gain 2 important cards in Eri and Boxed Order. Eri is a Supporter card that lets you look your opponent’s hand and discard up to 2 item cards you find there, giving you both information on what your opponent has and a way to discard reatreating options and other vital item cards. While, Boxed order lets you look for any two item cards from your deck (Crushing Hammer) but your turn ends. In a control deck you are not attacking anyways.
By purchasing Scarlet and Violet: Temporal Forces Pokemon TCG Live codes you can possibly acquire the following cards: Torterra ex, Scovillian ex, Iron Leaves ex, Incineroar ex, Gouging Fire ex, Walking Wake ex, Wugtrio ex, Iron Crown ex, Iron Boulder ex, Gengar ex, Scizor ex, Koraidon ex, Miraidon ex, Raging Bolt ex, Master Ball, Prime Catcher, Maximum Belt, Hero’s Cape, Awakening Drum, Reboot Pod, Neo Upper Energy, Illustration rare Minccino, Full Art Eri, Full Art Bianca’s Devotion, Full Art Cryptomaniac’s Codebreaking.
